Illustration.

Braveheart is an illustration concept for Two Bit Punk, a company that designs clothing and accessories for children. Wild at heart is the intended message of the design; the heart is reaching out from its cage, longing to explore the outside world.

The student brief required an illustration that would be suitable to be screen printed on toddler sized shirts. The design did not need to conform to the established rock aesthetic of the business, however it needed to appeal to young parents with an appreciation of good design.

The illustration was to be designed with consideration for the screen printing process, whilst constrained by the use of only two ink colours, the shirt providing a third.
